Issue: You have subscribed to the AJRB Cloud Mail service, and now you can see duplicates of emails that you're sending in your 'Sent Items' folder.
1) Click File on the top-right of Outlook
2) Click the 'Account Settings' box, then 'Account Settings' again underneath it
3) Highlight the IMAP account you're experiencing the issue with, then click 'Change'
4) Tick the box 'Don't save copies of sent items'
5) Click Next, then 'Done'
